Business of Oncology Expert and Principal, onPoint Oncology
As a member of the ownership group at onPoint Oncology, Joe has provided key contributions in all business development aspects of onPoint Oncology’s platforms designed to improve utilization of technology, connectivity, intelligence and efficiencies. Joe has maintained a keen focus on market access strategies for established and emerging hematology/oncology brands.
Prior to joining the leadership group of onPoint Oncology, Joe held various positions of responsibility and leadership at Sanofi. This included role development and leadership of the account management team responsible for commercial payers and drug access for oncology practices. Other positions included responsibilities for the oncology corporate relationship and strategic management of AmerisourceBergen, US Oncology and McKesson. His experience includes leading the management of relationships at Oncology Networks, GPO’s and patient advocacy groups. He led a team of reimbursement managers responsible for payer coverage. His positions of responsibility included contributions to contracting and pricing strategy. Joe began his specialized focus on oncology in 1996.
His background includes strategy and initiative development to address market and stakeholder needs within oncology market access, reimbursement, patient assistance, pathways, contracting and commercialization of new products.
